Feedback Campaigns let you get honest, detailed, private feedback on your tracks or works in progress!
You can also earn credits by providing feedback to other members!
So how does Getting Feedback work?
You can set up a Feedback Campaign in seconds!
- Choose a track or clip from your SoundCloud - it can be a public OR private track
- Choose a budget (currently all Feedback Campaigns cost 250 credits)
- Choose between ONE and THREE categories to receive feedback on
- Sit back and relax! Responders will claim credits from your campaign based on their LEVEL.
- Each campaign can expect to get 5-15 responses and any unused credits after 7 days will be refunded!
Each time you receive a feedback response, please RATE it as soon as possible. This helps our LEVEL system work effectively...
What are REP POINTS and LEVELS?
At the heart of the Feedback Campaigns feature is our innovative LEVEL system.
Members who receive high ratings on their feedback will earn REP POINTS and gradually increase their LEVEL enabling them to earn more credits per response. Everyone starts with earning 5 credits per response, but this can increase to 50+ credits at higher levels.
This ensures that great feedback is rewarded while lower quality feedback does not claim too much of your budget.
Make sure to rate your feedback as soon as possible. Your feedback campaign will pause if there are 3 or more unrated responses.

How does Giving Feedback work?
- Browse active Feedback Campaigns until you find a track you would like to provide feedback on
- After you click RESPOND, you have 30 minutes to complete your feedback
- After submitting, you will claim credits from the campaign based on your LEVEL.
- Your feedback will be rated - high ratings will increase your REP SCORE and low ratings will decrease it.
- Getting enough REP POINTS will increase your LEVEL so you can earn more credits per response!
DO
- Be honest
- Be specific - provide details
- Provide suggestions, solutions and advice
- Respond to submission notes / feedback topics
- Include timestamps if helpful
- Suggest useful resources
- Use paragraphs to break up text
DON'T
- Be unkind or abusive
- Be vague or ambiguous
- Use profanity or slang
REMEMBER
- The quality of your feedback will affect how many credits you can earn from feedback in the future
- Bad quality feedback can cause you to earn fewer credits next time
